Requirements as published by the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Namibia.
National Citizen Identity Card - 1st Print
The applicant should be at least 6(six) years old
Original of the full Birth Certificate
Full copy of the Birth Registration Certificate or Baptism Certificate, as long as it might have been issued before or until 31 May 1963
Documents and the proof of payment must be submitted in physical format to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
