Criminal Record Certificate

• The applicant should be at least 14 years old

• The Original of the National Citizen Identity Document (in person)

• Copy of the Identity Document, Passport or Consular Registration Card, accompanied with a duly signed Power of Attorney and the original document (Legal representative)

Documents and the proof of payment must be submitted in physical format to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
