Requirements as published by the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Namibia.
Issuance of the Proof of life Declaration
Copy of the Identity Document
Passport copy
Copy of the Consular Card, if the applicant is a resident
Copy of the Retirement Card, or exceptionally, copy of the temporary Residence Permit
Documents and the proof of payment must be submitted in physical format to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
