Registration by transcript for under 18 years old Angolan Citizens born in non-hospital facilities of Namibia.

• Declaration from the host country

• Copy of the Witnesses’ Identity Documents

• Statement of Responsibility, in the absence of the father or mother. For divorced persons, the applicant should present a Police Statement translated into Portuguese

Documents and the proof of payment must be submitted in physical format to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
