Criminal Record Certificate
The applicant must draft a request addressed to His Excellency Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Angola
A Certified Passport copy
Certified copy of the Identity Document
Documents and the proof of payment must be submitted in physical format to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
