• Officially translated Birth Registration Certificate extracted from the local maternity where the applicant was born

• Copies of the parents’ Identity Documents

• Copies of the parents’ Passports

• Copy of parents' Consular Cards, if they are residents

• Copy of the Marriage Certificate if they are married

• A Power of attorney duly recognized by the Institute of Angolan Communities Abroad and Consular Services, if residing in Angola, or by the Diplomatic Representation, if residing abroad

Documents and the proof of payment must be submitted in physical format to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
