CONSULAR SERVICES
Requirements as published by the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Namibia.
Permanent Residence Permit
Criminal Record Certificate issued by the authorities from the country of origin or actual residence
A duly recognised Medical Report from the country of origin translated into Portuguese.
Term of responsibility of the person who will host the applicant, proof of ownership or rental of residence
Proof of existing means of subsistence and accommodation conditions
Three (03) recent colour Passport photos with white background measuring 4cm x 5cm
A statement in which the applicant undertakes to respect the Laws of the Republic of Angola
Proof of payment for the migratory act
Note: Due to technical reasons, the issuing of Visas is temporarily suspended and those interested should consult the website http://www.sme.gov.ao/

Documents and the proof of payment must be submitted in physical format to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
