Temporary Residence Permit

• Application form and cover, duly completed, with either hand-written in capital letters or typed in black ink and duly signed by the applicant

• Prior declaration from the Executive Body that oversees the activity in the country if applicable

• Criminal record certificate issued by the authorities of the country of origin or habitual residence

• A duly recognised Medical Certificate from the country of origin translated into Portuguese.

• Proof of existing family relationships with nationals or foreign citizens that are legally residing in the country, if applicable

• Proof of existing means of subsistence and accommodation conditions

• Three (03) recent colour Passport photos with white background measuring 4cm x 5cm

• Passport copy of the main pages and those containing information on the applicant’s migratory movements

• A statement in which the applicant undertakes to respect the Laws of the Republic of Angola

• Proof of payment of the migratory act

Documents and the proof of payment must be submitted in physical format to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
