Employment Permit

• Application form and cover, duly completed, with either hand-written in capital letters or typed in black ink and duly signed by the applicant

• A statement in which the applicant undertakes to respect the Laws of the Republic of Angola

• Work Contract or Contract related to employment promise

• Certificate of Literary and Professional Qualifications, authenticated and translated into Portuguese

• A Curriculum Vitae translated into Portuguese

• Criminal record certificate issued by the authorities of the country of actual residence or origin translated into Portuguese

• A duly recognised Medical Report from the country of origin translated into Portuguese.

• Opinion from the Ministry of Public Administration, Labour and Social Security in the case of institutions and private companies

• Three (03) recent colour Passport photos with white background measuring 4cm x 5cm

• Passport copy of the main pages and those containing information on the applicant’s migratory movements​

• Photocopy of Authorised Economic Activity Permit

• Updated proof of payment of tax obligations

• Declaration by the Employment Center from the district where the company is based

Documents and the proof of payment must be submitted in physical format to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
